We have gone through and understood the rules and regulations of admission. I hereby declare that all attached documents are true complete and correct in all respect. We hereby agree that if our child gets admitted in this school, we have no objection to Christian religious instruction being imparted to our child. We further agree to pay the prescribed fees timely and to abide all rules and regulations as well as terms and conditions of the school as framed and amended by the management.

INSTRUCTIONS :

Duly filled in Application forms along with necessary attachments should be submitted into the School’s office by hand.
The last date for submission of duly filled in applications is the date mentioned in the relevant notice.
The School will not be responsible if an application is received after the last date of submission of application form. Application will be received by hand or any other medium. No telephonic queries regarding any admission matters will be entertained by any school personnel. The School will not be responsible for mis-information or mis-interpretation to any verbal queries from any school personnel or by any person claiming to act on behalf of the school authorities. In case more than one applications for the same candidate are received, all applications of such candidate will be rejected.
The qualifying age for admission in Nursery Class is 4+years as on 01.04.2022 and Pre- nursery it is 3+ years as on 01.04.2022.
Photocopy of Birth Certificate from Panchayat / Corpo / 'Ration Municipality / State Hospital / Nursing Home or an affidavit is to be enclosed. The Photocopy must be duly attested by competent authority.
Christian candidates must submit a photocopy of Baptism Certificate duly attested by the Presbyter-in-Charge / Parish Priest, along with a bonafide membership certificate and evidence of up-to-date clearance of church dues.
The Certificate of income of Parents / Guardians, if applicable are to be attached, those who are self employed or who have their own business must submit a personal statement attested by Municipal Chairperson or Panchyat Pradhan.
Candidates selected for Admission will be notified by post, individually. No list of candidates will be published.
The school authority reserves the right to reject any application without giving any reasons. No enquiries regarding rejection of any application will be entertained.
Candidates seeking admission for Class - II onwards will be required to submit a Transfer Certificate from his / her previous school at the time of admission, if selected.
